The course is open to beginners and professionals who are interested in expanding their knowledge and taking home many new recipes.
The course is reserved for a maximum of 15 people.
Topics covered
We will treat chocolate in combination with infusions, spices, caramel, nuts and alcohol.
We will make delicious ganaches and toppings and treat vegan, high-protein ice-creams and alternative sugars.
Goals
Two intense days dedicated to chocolate in gelato making!
You will discover the endless possibilities of processing and matching different types of chocolate.
