This year, we want to give a special masterclass for the gelato naturale chefs that always want to be up-to-date! Chef Manuele Presenti will share the latest discoveries and you’ll have many new inputs for getting better and better.

The focus will be on the most extreme balancing of gelato flavours. Presenti has managed, with various analyzes and tests, to go far beyond the limit of balance. We can say he has managed to go beyond his own limit!
